The German sub-championships take place annually as part of the championship concept. The South German Beatbox Championship is organized in cooperation with the Robeat Award and is one of the four preliminary rounds for the German Beatbox Championship. The best beatboxers compete against each other in the categories Solo u18, Solo and Loopstation. 

In addition to the South German Beatbox Championship, there are the East, West and North German Beatbox Championships. Each of these sub-championships enables participants to qualify for the German Beatbox Championship. In 2022, the first South German Beatbox Championship took place in cooperation with the Robeat Award in Stuttgart.
